Wow! It’s time for school and college again. Amidst all your homework and assignments and all the peer pressure that builds up on you, what you need is a good, heavy junky-snack, which you can fix in a minute.
Potato Fries
Ingredients:
Potatoes: 2
Salt: 1/4 a teaspoon
Pepper: ¼ teaspoon
Oil: One bowl
Paper napkins
Vegetable-Grate
Saucepan
Method:
Grate the potatoes into thin slices using the vegetable grate. Fill the saucepan with oil and let it burn on the stove for a while. Then put some of the potato slices into the saucepan of oil and deep-fry it. Using a ladle, carefully spoon out the chips and put them in a separate bowl. Repeat this process with the remaining potato-slices.
Once all the slices have been fried, using paper napkins, drain out the excess oil from the chips. Then dust salt and pepper over your fries.
Your potato-fries are ready. Sit back and consume all those calories—we’ll find ways to burn them out later.
