So make the most of it! We also involve cinema stars and prominent people and elicit their views on several social issues, which has a tremendous impact on the readers, who can also express themselves through us.

Our portal/weekly enables Chennai women to garner a plethora of benefits by developing, identifying and cultivating latent talents and potential among women, featuring personality profiles and success stories of women achievers, introducing gift schemes for innovative contributions and extending avenues for individuals to express themselves and share their experiences with one and all.  And what’s more exciting, you can even write to us in Tamil, be translated and published in Eve’s Times. And we offer this opportunity for men too!

EVE’S TIMES IS FOR THE YOUTH OF TODAY

TeenMag, an exclusive nook is gaining immense popularity among the youth commune. With actor Trisha ( and or other young stars)  running a regular funky column, the Teens’ spot has elicited great response from school students, collegians and young office-goers, whose letters are flooding the Eve’s Times premises. TeenMag proffers clean, wholesome fun for youngsters, with oodles of information thrown in for good measure.

OUR VISION

Every endeavour has a vision. Eve’s Times was launched with a vision of forging sisterhood among women and enabling them to participate in making Chennai city a happier place to live in, with a major social focus and orientation.

Our vision is to set apart a percentage of our revenues for the benefit of educating the girl child. We also would like to pitch in for the upkeep of children afflicted with profound mental challenge. These two issues are very close to our hearts and we are in the process of identifying NGOs for this purpose.

SETTING EXEMPLARY STANDARDS IN JOURNALISM

Our effort is to stress upon professionalism in our writings, marketing, space selling and all aspects of journalism. We would like to change the belief that only sensationalism is read.. we believe that there are many readers who like  good reading. We are working towards establishing a professional setup with a full-fledged corporate approach.

Having said all these… with a lofty vision of making our city a happier place to live in… we feel that if more women were involved in this venture,  it would be easier to achieve this.
